PAYMENT TERMS: Payments may currently be made by Paypal, certified checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.  We do not accept personal checks.  The funds must be payable in US Dollars.  All California residents are subject to California sales tax.    SHIPPING: All orders within the continental United States is shipped via UPS.  All information requested must be completed for your order to be processed. Quartersports does not guarantee that all items are in stock. Items that are not in stock will be shipped when they become available. All items shipped are inspected for quantity and condition of packaging. When you receive your shipment, be sure to inspect it immediately, in the presence of the delivery person. If the package is damaged, you must file a claim with the freight carrier.  Quartersports is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.   For overseas and international orders please contact us for details.     TERMS OF SALE: If the following terms are not acceptable, you may return the enclosed items in a resalable condition within 10 days from the date of delivery and Quartersports will give you a refund of the purchase price. If you fail to return the items within this 10-day period, then you have accepted and are subject to these terms. Quartersports obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its option, any part determined defective.  Quartersports is not responsible for any involved costs of removal or installation of our products.  You will need to return the kit to Quartersports for inspection and pay the shipping cost for the return.   Quartersports shall not be liable for any incidental, or consequential damages or injury to persons or property that might be claimed as a result of any part failure or resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty.  This includes claims for profit loss due to delay, or labor. Quartersports products are designed solely for racing purposes only, which may never be used on public highways.  The purchaser assumes all risks and expenses thereof.  The final determined suitability of our components contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. All efforts have been made to insure the accuracy of the information presented.  However, Quartersports will not be held responsible or liable for any damages caused by misapplication or typographical errors.
